Price Rise Notifications

We have been advised by our manufacturing suppliers/partners that due to ongoing supply constraints, the following industry-wide price increases have been advised:

1^st February, 2022

• Metal Tophat Range – 7%

1^st April, 2022

• Selected James Hardie range as outlined in Table 1 below. Please note that the adjustment rate varies by product.

This price increase is in addition to the previously announced price increases in 2021.

We will continue to keep you as notified as possible during these times, and trust the overall market prices will start stabilising in the near future.
